Mr. William Levis, J.D.
Mr. Levis is currently serves as Consumer Counsel for the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. Previously, Mr. Levis held the postion of Vice President and General Counsel for CAP Logisitics of Denver, Colorado. Mr. Levis has also served as the Director for Law and Public Policy for MCI, as an Assitant Attorney General in the Colorado Department of Law, as special counsel to the Colorado Legislative Council, and as regional attorney for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Mr. Levis also has maintained a private law practice representing various telecommunications providers before the Colorado and Wyoming Public Utilities Commissions.
Mr. Levis also serves on the Executive Committee of the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) Rocky Mountain Chapter, on the board of the Silicon Flatirons Telecommunications Program at the University of Colorado Law School, and on the board of the Brain Injury Association.
