Next Generation 911 Seminars

The convergence of voice and data is happening everywhere in the world of telecommunications and 911 Emergency Communications is no exception.  As people move away from their exclusive dependence on landline telephones and move to cellular voice telephony, text and multimedia messaging, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Instant Messaging, and Social Networks, it presents both opportunities and challenges to Public Safety Answer Points (PSAP) across the United States.

Useful Knowledge has developed a one-day seminar to prepare you and your team to take your PSAP to Next Generation 911 services.  Because Next Generation 911 involves both voice and data services, we invite your entire team (PSAP Managers, Authority Board Members, and IT Staff) to the seminar and engage in a planning breakout to develop a plan and timeline unique to your PSAP and Public Safety operations.

These links allow you to download the course outline; there are also downloadable flyers for currently scheduled seminars.  If there's not one convenient to you, please contact us and we can explore scheduling one in your area.
